You can trust that you are making the right decision in choosing Cypress Bend VII as your new home or vacation home.  We offer three wonderful swimming pools, three heated spas, two exercise gyms, reading and card rooms, great rooms for private parties, numerous gas bbq grills, nightly on-site security patrol, security cameras, car wash stations, ample parking, tennis courts, pickleball courts, children's playground and more.  We are a 10 minute drive or a $15 cab ride to our beautiful Pompano Beach,  Pier, restaurants, shopping and so much more.  Our newest attraction "The Pomp” is right next door with exciting events at Harrah’s Casino including Top Golf, wonderful restaurants and bars. We have condos ranging in size from 850 to 1800 square feet.  All with a minimum of two bedrooms and two full baths.  We have long-term residents, ‘snowbirds’, and pioneers living here since we were built in 1981.  CBVII has a strong association, strong management, and most importantly wonderful chosen vendors. 

The application process begins here.  Choose the appropriate application for your transaction, download via our docusign and submit with all the necessary supporting documents and fees.  Please read and reread the application’s instructions throughout before completing. We are very strict with our application process, as we wish to continue with our known reputation as a well-kept and safe place to live.  All applicants who are approved will then be scheduled for an interview with a committee at CBVII. You will be sent our current Rules and Regulations and affirm that it was read throughout before your appointment. We prefer in-person interviews at our WaterChase Clubhouse but also offer virtual interviews for persons out of state. All residents over the age of 18 must be screened. These instructions and details are further explained on the guideline sheet available when opening your application.  Approved buyers  will find access here to resources necessary for closing.
